In 1927 a Guiting Chapel Burial Board book was commenced, including a statement of "no previous records apart from Plan". The locations of burials is recorded in a plan.

Lower Guiting B Church : Burial Board 1927

A meeting of the Naunton and Guiting Burial Board was held in the Lower Guiting Schoolroom on May the 11th 1927, presided over by the Rev F.G. Savage to arrange for the extension of burial ground at Guiting, and to appoint new members.

The names of the existing members were:

New members appointed were

Mr Roy Comely
Mr R Worvell
Mr M Mills

It was then decided to take in more ground by putting back the wall. Mr M Hanks kindly supplying stones. It was also proposed and carried that Mr R Worvell be appointed to superintend the affairs of the graveyard and to present an account of same at the Finance Meeting. [Mr Worell resigned the position in 1944, "owing to failing eyesight" and Mr M Mills was elected in his place. At the same meeting it was decided that the Burial Board would therefater consist of the Deacons of both churches, rather than being separately constituted.]

Mr William Worvell asked permission that a portion of ground next his late wife's grae be reserved for his two daughters, which was granted.
