Funerals at the Baptist Chapel, Guiting, during the pastorate of John Teale. Mary Andrews, Wife of Robert Andrews of Upper Guiting, died at that place April 30th 1849. Mary-Ann Light, daughter of Jane Light, grand-daughter of Isaac and ElizabethLight. Died at Lower Guiting. July 12th 1850. Buried at Lower Guiting July 17th 1850. Aged 6 weeks. Lucy Clapton, wife of Joseph Clapton of Kennerton near Westmancote. Daughter of Robert and Mary Andrews of Upper Guiting. Died at Kennerton January 5th 1851. Aged 30 years. Eliza Midwinter, daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Midwinter. Died at Lower Guiting January 24th 1851. Buried at the above place January 28th 1851 aged 15 years. Charles Mitchell, son of William and Sarah Mitchell of Cutsdean. Died at Cutsdean April 7th 1851. Buried at Lower Guiting April 11th 1851. Aged 32 years. He was son-in-law to Thomas Green of Lower Guiting. Ann Andrews, wife of William Andrews of Upper Guiting and daughter of Edward and Sarah Robbins of Lower Guiting. Died at Upper Guiting January 3rd 1852. Buried at Lower Guiting January 8th 1852 aged 36 years. Fanny Holbrook. Daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Holbrook of Lower Guiting. Funerals in the burying ground adjoining the Baptist Chapel Lower Guiting during the pastorate of A W Heritage. Phebe Deane, wife of Joseph Deane of Lower Guiting, died December 18th 1858. Buried December 23rd 1858. She was not a member of the church. Henry Sedgeley of Lower Guiting died February 9th 1859. Buried February 14th 1859. Not a member. Abel Mitchell, son of Charles Mitchell of Cutsdean, a youth who was accidentally killed while driving a team at Cutsdean August 2nd 1859. Buried August 6th 1859 by Rev D Rickitts of Cutsdean. Sarah Robbins of Lower Guiting, wife of Mr Edward Robbins, died December 29th 1860, buried January 2nd 1861. She was baptized by the Rev J Acock May 22nd 1832 and remained a consistent member of the Church until the time of her death. Edward Robbins, husband of the above Sarah Robbins, died at Lower Guiting May 6th 1861 aged 71 years, buried May 10th 1861. He was baptized by the Rev Mr Snow May 19th 1819 and remained a member of the church until his death. Uniformly consistent. Frank Andrews, infant son of William Andrews of Upper Guiting, died December 31st 1862. Buried January 5th 1863. Sarah Ann Wood, infant daughter of John and Ann Wood, and grand-daughter of the above Sarah and Edward Robbins, died at Lower Guiting May 13th 1863. Buried May 18th 1863. Henrietta [?] Holbrook, infant daughter of Elisabeth Holbrook and grand- daughter of Elizabeth and Isaac Light, died at Lower Guiting July 18th 1863, buried July 22nd 1863. John Holbrook, son of Elizabeth Holbrook and grand-daughter of Elizabeth and Isaac Light, died at Lower Guiting February 12th 1864, buried February 16th 1864. Not a member. John Light, illegitimate son of a daughter of Elizabeth and Isaac Light, died at Lower Guiting April 8th 1864, buried April 12th 1864. Not a member. Phebe Berry, grand-daughter of Joseph Dean, died in the parish of Hawling August 26th 1864, buried September 2nd 1864. Not a member (infant). Funerals at the Baptist Burying Ground Lower Guiting during the pastorate of J M Stephens. Thomas Green of Lower Guiting, buried March 5th 1867 by J M Stephens. A member. William Wood, infant son sof John and Ann Wood of Winchcombe, buried July 23rd 1868 by J M Stephens. Edward Robbins of Lower Guiting died July 13th 1869 aged 47 years and was buried the 19th of the same month by J M Stephens. Ann Green, widow of the above named Thomas Green, was buried October 12th 1870 by J M Stephens. Isaac Light of Lower Guiting, died February 26th 1871 and was buried March 2nd 1871 by J M Stephens.
